Daniel Speice – Chief Executive Officer
Dan developed the foundation of our proprietary business model with a goal of reengineering the traditional service delivery process of third-party relocation management providers. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Compass, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of our company as well as leading the senior leadership team. Dan has more than 20 years’ experience in the mobility industry and has served on numerous industry boards.

Michael Roman – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for all accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management at our organization. Mike has more than 25 years’ financial and operational management experience within the real estate and transportation industries.

Grace Anasinski – Operations Manager
Grace has more than 13 years of experience in the relocation industry, specializing in the management of domestic and international relocation/assignment services. She seeks out opportunities to energize and support individuals, teams, along with the Compass Relocation Group culture and values. Previous experience includes BGRS/SIRVA.
