CRG’s Management Team


Daniel Speice, principle of the Company has spent the last 20 years developing unique ways to reengineer the relocation industry. This includes working with temporary housing, transportation, and policies, with a special focus on engaging corporations’ needs. Dan has served on a number of industry boards while building the foundation for a successful out sourced relocation provider.

Michael Roman, principle of the Company and a Virginia Tech graduate has over 20 years of corporate experience in relocating families world-wide.  Mike has developed an in-depth presence in the transportation and real estate marketplace.  He has served on numerous boards and councils to help shape the relocation industry’s direction and boundaries.  Mike is continuously monitoring industry changes for cost savings opportunities to weave into the fabric of our client’s policies. 

 Marlene Adams is a native Atlantan and has more than twenty-five years experience in the relocation industry. Marlene holds both the Certified Relocation Professional “CRP” and Global Mobility Specialist “GMS” designations exemplifying a broad base of knowledge in the field. As General Manager, Marlene conveys a strong sense of Client and Employee focus and expertise.  Marlene served on the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council, as well as the Advisory Council for the organization.
